The Raspberry Room has partnered with Australia Post to ship all your orders.
Please be aware that shipping times during Covid can be increased. We are still packing your orders and sending them out as quickly as possible, however Australia Post may be experiencing delays. Please check with the Australia Post website for current information on shipping times.
Our packing fairies endeavour to process and pack all orders within 2-3 business days.
If you are in the midst of whirlwind party planning and need your order packed at lightening speed, please leave a love note in the comments at checkout or send us an email at the.raspberry.room.australia@gmail.com We will endeavour to help you as much as we can.
Alternatively, please consider paying for Express Shipping to ensure your order arrives quicker than regular post.
However, please note that choosing Express Shipping doesn’t mean that your order will be packed immediately. Express Post is a shipping option that guarantees quicker delivery.

Local Pick-up
We also offer local pick-up from Bassendean, WA. If you would like to choose to pick-up your order, please choose this option at checkout. You will receive a text or email (depending on what information you have provided) when your order is ready for collection. This will include information regarding pick-up times and the address you will need.
