For all types of returns or exchanges, the first step is to contact us at start the process within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Incorrect items:

We all make mistakes sometimes, so in the unlikely event that you have received a package that is different to that which you ordered, please contact us immediately via email and we will shake our tail feathers to get it sorted for you.

Faulty or damaged Items:

Oh no! We do our absolute best to inspect every single package we send, however sometimes we may miss a faulty product. Please contact us immediately via email if your product is faulty and we will resolve the issue.

However, we cannot be responsible for damages that happen during transit. We ensure every order is wrapped and packaged with care. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email and we will do our best to support you in following up with Australia Post.


If an exchange is due to an issue on our end (faulty product/s or incorrect item/s), all postage costs will be covered by The Raspberry Room.

If an exchange is due to change of mind, return postage and re-postage will be paid by the customer.

Sale and Custom orders:

We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or custom products.
